Who we are

The Site is operated by Brilliantio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (“we”, “us”, “our”). You can reach us at hello@brilliantio.com.

What this Site is

decisionshapers.com is the companion authority site for the book Decision Shapers by Valerie Won Lee. It hosts pillar articles, an author page, and a book landing page. It is informational. It does not sell goods or services directly.

Acceptable use

You may read, link to, and share articles from this Site for any lawful purpose. You agree not to:

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers, or related systems
  • introduce malware or attempt to disrupt the Site’s availability
  • scrape or copy substantial portions of the content for republication without our written permission (see the Copyright Notice)
  • use any automated tool to extract content at a rate that interferes with normal access for other readers
  • impersonate any person or organisation in communications with us

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — articles, images, design, layout, the book cover, the wordmark — is owned by Brilliantio Ltd or licensed to us, except where attributed to a third party. You retain no rights to our content by virtue of accessing the Site. See the Copyright Notice for what is and is not permitted.

The names “Decision Shapers”, the seven force names (the Driver, the Challenger, the Integrator, the Executor, the Systems Thinker, the Constraint Holder, the Boundary Breaker), the Decision Distribution Map, and the Decision Architect are used here as the framework introduced in the book Decision Shapers by Valerie Won Lee.

The Site contains links to retailers and third-party platforms (Amazon, Apple Books, Kobo, LinkedIn, and others). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Following any external link is at your own risk.

Newsletter and contact

If you sign up for the mailing list, your relationship with the list is governed by this document and by the Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe at any time. We do not guarantee a response to unsolicited contact, but we read everything sent to hello@brilliantio.com.
